Frequently Asked Questions

• The program keeps "freezing" and I can't move forward; what do I do?  Participants using AOL may experience slowness or "freezing" at times.  We recommend using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or an alternate browser.
• I can't open the links and attachments.  You must have Adobe Reader or a comparable pdf reader installed to view the attachments.  A free version of Adobe can be installed by clicking here.
• The videos are downloading so slowly.  What is wrong?  Using a dial-up connection will slow the pace of downloads.  We recommend using a high-speed connection.
